For an extension of the town of Ede, on a beautifully location near one of the most beautiful forest regions in Holland, scala designed some 13 free standing villa's and 11 social houses.
Due to some procedural hurdles that the local government encountered with the townplanning this became a somewhat lengthy project.
I met with client and contractor, produced the drawings of the final design, the drawings and calculations for all the 4 building permits, as well as the contract drawings, details and situation.
