My responsability in this project was the production of working drawings of the houses of the types ‘Zwaluw’ (swallow) and ‘Specht’ (woodpecker)
The houses of this last type have been executed in both brick and ‘Eternit’ Sidings. They have different types of roof, and of the ‘wooden’ houses the façade is built at a slope.
Note how the ventilation is carefully hidden in the detail of the window detailing.
