Project Woninginnovatie Rustenburg Oostbroek Den Haag in opdracht van Gemeente Den Haag.
De wijk Rustenburg-Oostbroek zou worden gesloopt. Hiertegen was veel verzet door de bewoners. In opdracht van de gemeente den Haag hebben scala architecten onderzocht hoe binnen het bestaande woningaanbod ruimere woningen gerealiseerd kunnen worden door middel van samenvoeging en uitbreiding. Om dit de verbeelden heb ik een aantal perspectivische interieurtekeningen gemaakt.

Este vecindario consiste en varios apartamentos pequeños, y existían planes de una demolición a gran escala. Esto precipitó grandes protestas por parte de sus habitantes. Entonces el gobierno de la ciudad pidió a los arquitectos de Scala que investigaran un método para crear apartamentos mayores combinando y/o expandiendo el surtido de casas existentes. Hice algunas visualizaciones para acompañar nuestras propuestas.
Project Housing Innovation in neihbourhood 'Rustenburg Oostbroek' in the Hague for the city government.
This neighbourhood consist of many small appartements, and there were plans for large-scale demolition. This precipitated a lot of protest from the inhabitants. The city government then asked scala architects to research a method of realising larger apartments by combining and/or expanding the existing supply of houses. I made some visualisations to accompany our proposals.
