I assisted architect Pablo Salazar with the design of a 200m2 villa on a terrain measuring 1200 m2 in the forests near Rosamar, St. Cristina de Aro at the spanish Costa Brava.
The lot has a significant height difference of 12.5 meters with the street at the high end. The entry level consists of the living room, kitchen and garage. The lower floor consists of bedrooms and bathrooms.
I produced all the drawings, including the 3d model that was used for a 'rapid prototyping' model.
Currently we are preparing the building permit, with consecutively the working drawings.
