The 'Ravense Hoek' is an extension of the town of Hellevoetsluis. The lots are situated along the side of a huge park. The living rooms of these houses is elevated do that they have a better view deep into the park. There are freestanding and row houses with almost the same plan. The first type has a spiral staircase in a round extension.
For this project I produced all the required drawings and designed all the details from the final design upto and including the realisation. I met with client, local officials and contractor.
