18 houses
In the city of Enschede we designed 18 houses that form an acoustic barrier along the extension 'Eschmarke'.
Along this road the facades are closed. Inbetween the houses we situated the gardens. The facade along this garden we made open, inviting and informal, in a light color to preserve as much light as possible. The front facade makes a mote formal presentation to the street.
For this project I made the preliminary and final design, as well as the drawings and calculations required for the building permit. I attended meetings with the client, contractor, supervisor and officials.
